Open Question: getting married at the courthouse in california?

My fiance is in san diego, and we want to get married at the courthouse i got the number to the marriage license place but couldn't get through. My fiance is in the navy and just started his tech school so he cant really help me with this right now, any suggestions or advise would really help me. The closest county clerks office is in norwalk. so that's the one that we would go to. Is a blood test required. Im from oklahoma by the way, so were not in the same state : ).... Read More »
